Recommended Purpose:Â Provides 8 probiotic strains for complete intestinal and digestive health, 6 Lactobacilli strains for small intestine care and 2 Bifidobacteria strains for colon care. Source of probiotics that temporarily modify gut flora.
Recommended Dosage (adults): 1 capsule daily, or as directed by a physician. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.

30Â Billion active cells of the following specially-cultured strains of probiotics:
   Lactobacillus casei (HA-108) – 5.88 billion CFU
   Bifidobacterium breve (HA-129) – 4.5 billion CFU
   Bifidobacterium longum (HA-135) – 4.5 billion CFU
   Lactobacillus rhamnosus (HA-111) – 4.5 billion CFU
   Lactobacillus acidophilus (HA-122) – 4.2 billion CFU
   Lactobacillus plantarum (HA-119) – 4.2 billion CFU
   Lactobacillus rhamnosus (HA-500) – 2.1 billion CFU
   Lactobacillus helveticus (HA-501) – 0.12 billion CFU
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Potato starch, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica, ascorbic acid, skim milk, trypticase-soy broth, sucrose, yeast extract.
Caution: Discontinue use and consult a physician if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Keep out of reach of children.
