Valupak Supplements Glucosamine & Chondroitin 400/100mg – 90 Capsules are joint supplements that are commonly used by sufferers of arthritis and joint pain. The capsules are ideal for the elderly and anyone else suffering from joint issues. 
They are designed to help repair your cartilage and prevent further degeneration. The combination of active ingredients can help to improve the overall health of your cartilage. 
The capsules are free from sugar, gluten, yeast, artificial flavours, colours and preservatives.
 
Directions
Take up to 3 capsules a day with food.
Vitamins and minerals
Glucosamine sulphate Glucosamine sulphate is derived from shellfish. It helps to form cartilage. It may also protect joint tissue by preventing the breakdown of cartilage. Glucosamine sulphate has the potential to decrease joint stiffness and increase joint mobility and fluidity. 
Chondroitin Sulphate Chondroitin Sulphate helps to draw fluid into your cartilage. It can also protect existing cartilage from premature degeneration. 
This product is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
