Thermacare Heat Wraps are designed to provide heat therapy that can ease neck, shoulder and wrist pain. These heat wraps are designed to fit your neck and shoulder but are also the perfect size to wrap around a painful wrist, providing effective pain relief in an easy and discrete way. Perfect for those who want to ease their neck, shoulder or wrist pain without taking tablets.
What causes neck and shoulder pain?
Neck and shoulder pain are common ailments that usually clear up by themselves within a few weeks. You may choose to use painkillers or heat packs to help to ease neck and shoulder pain as it heals, helping you to manage the discomfort until it’s gone. How will heat therapy help to ease my neck and shoulder pain?
Thermacare Heat Wraps provide deep, heating relief to sore and painful muscles which can provide up to 8 hours of pain relief with each application. As the heat radiates through sore muscles, it helps them to relax and unlock, making movement easier and less painful. The heat also encourages blood flow to sore muscles, providing oxygen and nutrients that can accelerate the healing process.
How to use Thermacare Heat Wraps
Before using this product, make sure the affected area is clean, dry, and free of any makeup, moisturiser, lotions, or other skin care products. Remove the protective film and place the wrap flat against the affected area, making sure the darker side of the heat cells is facing towards your skin, using the adhesive to stick wrap to the skin.
When should Thermacare Heat Wraps not be used?
Thermacare Heat Wraps are not recommended for use by children or anyone else who may not be able to remove the wrap on their own if they are feeling discomfort. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the listed components. Do not apply to broken, irritated, sensitive, bruised, swollen or otherwise unhealthy skin. Do not use at the same time as any other skin products in the same area, including heat rubs or other heating products. Do not use while sleeping. Thermacare Heat Wraps can cause burns, this risk increases as you age, remove the product immediately if you find irritation or a burn. Do not wear your heat wrap for more than 8 hours in 1 day, or for more than 7 days in a row.
