I used this product last night and I’ve had a horrible day. A quick Google search told me that this product can cause UTIs or UTI related symptoms. finally feeling relief after nearly 15 hours.

Perimenopause is like puberty’s grumpy older sister, and vaginal dryness? Oh, she totally came to the party uninvited. Enter Replens: the unsung hero of hydration down south.
I gave this little miracle a whirl on a recommendation from a nurse, and let me tell you— Absolute Game Changer! Lady parts felt smoother, happier, and less like the Sahara. It’s long-lasting (hallelujah), fragrance-free, and doesn’t pull any weird stunts like some of the other options.
Is it sexy? Nope. Is it effective? Absolutely. Think of it as skincare… but for your bits.
Highly recommend for anyone who’s not ready to give up on comfort, confidence, or—let’s be honest—cuteness.

Edit: My initial review was 1 star, I hated the product and was very upset when I made the review during the first week of using the product, but after several weeks and using the product a second time, I actually need to revise my opinion and review and it’s changed dramatically.
Initially, when I tried the product, the only thing I noticed was the overwhelming level of disgusting discharge I was experiencing and it made me feel nauseous and completely put me off, but further researching it, the discharge and “chunks” was the product and my body cleaning dead skin cells from inside me, which the product does mention happening. The discharge stopped fully a week after using the product, and a few days after that, I DID notice an overwhelming positive difference. Sex was dramatically easier and better, and I’ve always had a lot of difficulty due to dryness and developed scar tissue,. It quite literally cleansed away dead cells and tissues I guess my body wasn’t cleansing on it’s own, and it’s greatly improved my sex life and comfort.
If you have a weak stomach, use with caution and read the manual information and other peoples experiences closely! My experience was a lot of yucky discharge of my own skin cells the first several days, but after the process was completed, I felt 100 times better! Sex is easier, more comfortable, and more enjoyable, I had a lot of scar tissue and dead cells cooped inside my body. I plan to use this product every month or two to make sure my parts stay fresh and healthy. I definitely recommend to anyone who deals with a lot of dryness and discomfort.

Love how this product works as a menopausal woman. HOWEVER … the tubes come prepacked and it was too much for just 1 application and there’s no way to save the leftovers. I ended up throwing out about half of the product. And, to put it “delicately”, there was a lot of air in the applicator, making it a little uncomfortable (and noisy). If it were packaged with an applicator where I get to choose just how much I need and I’m able to take the air out of the applicator before use, I’d give this 5 stars.

omg this stuff is a god send since having a hysterectomy, and menopause set right it. the vaginal dryness and burning discomfort was so uncomfortable. i thought id try this and it worked like magic so i bought more. i will keep using this. anyone that is suffering in silence..you dont have to. give it a try you wont regret it.

Works really well, nothing to complain about.
The applicator does not bother as much but I agree with previous reviewers that the end could a bit more rounded for easier insertion.
