Pirinase Allergy Nasal Spray prevents and relieves symptoms of airborne allergens such as pollen, pet hair, dust mite and mould spores. The nasal spray can relieve symptoms such as sneezing, blocked noses, and itchy or watery eyes for up to 24 hours.

How Pirinase Allergy Nasal Spray works
The Pirinase Allergy Nasal Spray works by using its anti-inflammatory design. This helps to control reactions to airborne allergens in the environment by acting similarly to natural body chemicals.Â

Directions
Always use Pirinase Allergy Nasal Spray exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you.Â
Shake the bottle gently before use. Spray twice in each nostril once per day. If your symptoms start to improve use 1 spray in each nostril per day.
If your symptoms are particularly bad, 2 sprays in each nostril can be used twice a day. When your symptoms improve, revert back to the original dose.Â
Do not use any more than 4 sprays per nostril in a day.Â
Side effects
Like all medicines, Pirinase Nasal Spray may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects include:Â

Dryness or irritation in the nose or throat

Serious side effects
Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.
Warnings
Perinase Nasal Spray may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Only use in the nose.Â
Using/taking other medicines
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking the following medications:

Corticosteroid medicinesÂ
Asthma inhalers, tablets, injections, nasal sprays, eye and nose drops
Anti-HIV medicines
Ketoconazole (for fungal infections)Â

This product is only suitable for adults aged 18 and above.Â

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you must ask your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist for advice before using any new medicine.Â

Storage information
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging. Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.
