Directions
Take 1 tablet a day every day. 
For the best results, take your tablet alongside food.
Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.

Each tablet contains 25mcg of vitamin D. 
Vitamin D helps your body regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate it stores, keeping your teeth, bones, and muscles healthy.
