Take one Numark A-Z Multivitamins 50+ tablet every day. For best results, take with food. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.

Numark A-Z Multivitamins 50+ are not suitable for use by children under the age of 12. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
