Description
Gotu kola stimulates the central nervous system, aids in the elimination of excess fluids, decreases fatigue, and increases sex drive. It is used for rheumatism, blood diseases, mental and memory disorders, high blood pressure, and congestive heart failure.

The primary active constituent is triterpenoid compounds, including saponins (also called triterpenoids) known as asiaticoside, madecassoside, and madasiatic acid. These saponins beneficially affect collagen (the material that makes up connective tissue), for example, inhibiting its production in hyperactive scar tissue.
Gotu kola is a rejuvenative nervine and is also recommended for nervous disorders, epilepsy, senility, and premature aging. As a brain tonic, it is said to aid intelligence and memory. It strengthens the adrenal glands and cleanses the blood to treat skin impurities. It is said to combat stress and improve reflexes. It has also been indicated for chronic venous insufficiency, minor burns, scars, scleroderma, skin ulcers, varicose veins, wound healing, congestive heart failure, urinary tract infections, venereal diseases, and hepatitis.
DIRECTIONS OF USE
Adults: Take 3 capsules twice daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

500 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if pregnant or breast-feeding; if you have liver problems; or if you are taking sedatives. Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, and/or stomach or abdominal pain occur, as these may be symptoms of liver disease.
