I was taking four of the regular box a day and it definitely wasn’t working, I was still having hot flashes during the day & night, so I switched to Max.
The Max, taking only one pill a day is working far better than taking four of the normal pill.
I am still having hot flashes, but there are way fewer of them both during the day and at night.
