It’s pretty early to tell as I’ve only used these for a month and the box says can take up to three months. I have noticed a difference sleeping, as I’m not getting a heat rash from sweating and I seem to be sleeping better. They are expensive as the box only lasts a month but because it seems to be working I will keep buying. Wish they had a deal for subscription

I used to use it years ago but stopped because I didn’t think i needed it. But in recent years menopausal symptoms have increased and I was feeling uncomfortable….hot flashes, not being able to sleep and feeling miserable. I am so very impressed with this product! I had hotflashes and terrible night sweats. After about a little over a month, I noticed a sudden decline in night sweats. Now, after a few months, I have NO night sweats and very minor and rare hot flashes (not even worth mentioning).
I highly recommend this product. Total game changer.
