Vitamins and minerals
Valerian root extract Valerian root extract is used for sleep disorders including insomnia. It is also used for anxiety, stress and other conditions. 
 
Directions
Take 2 tablets, 3 times per day with water. Take on a full stomach.
 
Warnings
If you experience an allergic reaction after taking this product, discontinue use and speak to your GP or Chemist4U pharmacist for advice. 
This product is used to treat the symptoms of anxiety. If you have signs and symptoms of depression you should seek medical advice. 
 
Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
