Description
Use: Prevention and treatment of nausea, vomiting and dizziness due to motion sickness.
Dosage: Children under 2 years: as directed by a physician. Children 2-6 years: Chew 1 tablet every 6 to 8 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 5 tablets in 24 hours. Children 6 to 12 years:Chew 2 tablets every 6 to 8 hours as needed, up to maximum of 10 tablets in 24 hours. Take the first dose at least 1/2 hour and preferably 1 to 2 hours before departure.
Medicinal Ingredient:Â Each chewable tablet contains 15mg dimenhydrinate USP.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients (alphabetically):Â Acetylated Monoglycerides, Amino Methacrylate Copolymer, Aspartame, Cherry Flavour, Citric Acid, Corn Starch, Ethylcellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Mannitol, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol.
Warnings: Do not exceed recommended dosage. May cause drowsiness. Avoid driving a motor vehicle or performing tasks requiring mental alertness. Avoid alcoholic beverages. Do not take if you have: glaucoma, chronic lung disease, difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding unless directed by a physician. Do not take with other antihistamines, tranquilizers or any other sedating drugs without consulting a physician. may cause excitability, especially in children. Prolonged use should be only on physician’s advice.
Keep out of reach of children. Store between 15°C and 27°C.
