Description
Gravol Immediate Release & Long Acting Caplets provide immediate and sustained release of its active ingredient.
Use: Prevention and treatment of nausea, vomiting and dizziness due to motion sickness.
Dosage: Adults: Take 1 caplet every 8-12 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 3 tablets in 24 hours. Take the first dose at least 1/2 hour and preferably 1 to 2 hours before departure. Not recommended for children under 12.
Medicinal Ingredient: Each Gravol Immediate Release & Long Acting Caplet contains 100mg Dimenhydrinate (25mg for immediate release, 75mg for sustained release).
Non-Medicinal Ingredients (alphabetically): Butylated Hydroxytoluene, Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Phosphate, FD&C Red 40 Aluminum Lake, Hypromellose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Oxide, Starch (Corn).
Warnings: Do not exceed recommended dosage. May cause drowsiness. Avoid driving a motor vehicle or performing tasks requiring mental alertness. Avoid alcoholic beverages. Do not take if you have: glaucoma, chronic lung disease, difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding unless directed by a physician. Do not take with other antihistamines, tranquilizers or any other sedating drugs without consulting a physician. may cause excitability, especially in children. Prolonged use should be only on physician’s advice.
Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature not exceeding 27°C.
