Ensure Compact comes in an easy to open bottle, so you can just open it up and drink your shake whenever you need it, it even comes with a straw. Although Ensure Compact is best served chilled, it is also a great warm drink. However, make sure you never boil this product as this could destroy some of the valuable nutrients.

Ensure Compact contains milk and soy ingredients, do not take this product if you are allergic to these or any of the other listed ingredients. All Ensure products contain some lactose, but do not represent a medical concern for those with lactose intolerance due to the small amount (<500mg of lactose per serving).
