Directions
Take 1 tablet when you experience a drop in your energy levels and need a carbohydrate boost to raise your blood sugar. You can take these tablets every 15-20 minutes. 
 
Vitamins and minerals
Each tablet contains 60mg of vitamin C, which helps to support the body’s immune system.
This product is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
