Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4% w/v, with 4% v/v Isoproyl alcohol
Detersive Skin Cleanser
Low Sudsing antibacterial solution.
For External Use Only.
Directions:
Preoperative Washing:
Wet hands and forearms. Apply approximately 5 ml of Dexidin 4 Skin cleanser. Rub for 1 minutes without neglecting to brush the fingernails. Rinse well and repeat procedure for 2 more minutes.
Antiseptic Cleaning For Acne Prone Skin:
Use the following procedure once or twice daily. Wash you hands with a small amount of Dexidin 4 skin cleanser and water, rinse. Wet face and work up suds using a small portion of Dexidin 4 Skin cleanser in palm of hands. Rub Gently into face. Rinse and repeat procedure and massage suds gently into face for 4-5 minutes, adding water as needed. Rinse well and pat dry.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eye. If any, rinse eyes immediately for a few minutes under free running water. In Case of swallowing, drink milk or vegetable oil. Call a physician at once. If irritation develops or increases discontinue use. Hypochlorite bleaching or garment that have been in contact with the product may develop brown stains, replace bleaching agent by Sodium Perborate.
Store bottle tightly closed at room temperature and protected from light.
Comes in both pump and squeeze top.
