Complan Shake Chocolate Flavour Sachets is a high-energy nutritional supplement for those struggling to meet their nutritional needs with a regular diet.
They are gluten-free and can be made up quickly and easily using water or milk.
Directions
You will need 200ml of whole milk or water to make your shake.
Pour 50ml of milk or water into a large glass or mug and add one sachet. Mix with a whisk or fork to form a smooth cream, and then stir in the remaining 150ml of milk or water.
You must drink it within 2 hours of making it, or you can store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
