Directions
You will need 200ml of whole milk or water to make your shake.Â
Pour 50ml of milk or water into a large glass or mug and add one sachet. Mix with a whisk or fork to form a smooth cream, and then stir in the remaining 150ml of milk or water.Â
You must drink it within 2 hours of making it, or you can store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
