Directions
Use a small amount of toothpaste and brush your teeth as you usually would. Use the toothpaste twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night.

Storage information
Store out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.

First time using this toothpaste. My dentist recommended I find a toothpaste with no SLS’s but that still had fluoride in it. This fit the bill. It is low foaming and has a delicate mint taste. Very pleased, it’s eased my dry mouth & throat condition
