Berocca is a daily multivitamin which can help your body to release energy and support your mental performance. These effervescent tablets dissolve into a refreshing drink which is vegetarian and vegan friendly, gluten free, and contains no yeast or lactose. Berocca comes in 4 delicious flavours; orange, mango, mixed berry, and tropical.

Berocca contains a variety of vitamins and minerals in each effervescent tablet, including:

Vitamin B12 – 8.6µg
Biotin – 130µg
Pantothenic Acid – 22.7mg
Vitamin C – 476mg
Magnesium – 95mg
Zinc – 9mg
How will these tablets help my body to release energy?
Berocca contains a range of B Vitamins, which all work together to help your body to release tne energy it gains from your food. They also contain Magnesium, which can also help your body to release energy, and Zinc, which helps your body to process carbohydrate and create new cells and enzymes. They also contain Pantothenic Acid, a B vitamin which not only helps your body to release energy, but is thought to contribute to mental performance.
How to take Berocca
Dissolve 1 effervescent Berocca tablet in a glass or bottle of water and drink right away, do this once a day. For best results, take in the morning to set you up for the day ahead. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
When should Berocca not be used?
Berocca is not suitable for use by children under the age of 18. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Berocca is not suitable for use by those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before taking this product if you are taking any other medication or have an underlying medical condition.
