Description
Fast relief of:Â pain, fever, headache, mucus & phlegm, nasal congestion, dry cough, sneezing, chills, runny nose, sore throat pain.
Dosage: Adults (12 years and over): 2 tbsp. (30mL) every 6 hours. Maximum 8tbsp. (120mL)/day. Shake well before using. Not recommended for children under 12 years.Â
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. This package contains enough medicine to seriously harm a child. Do not use with other products containing any of these ingredients, salicylates or other cough/cold or pain/fever medications. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Overdose may cause severe or possibly fatal liver damage. Avoid alcohol. May cause drowsiness or excitability. Use caution when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Consult a doctor before use if you are on other medication including natural health products, prescription drugs, non-prescription drugs, tranquilizers or sedatives or if you: have chronic alcoholism, serious kidney or liver disease, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, an enlarged prostate, or are elderly, pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a persistent cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema, cough with excessive phlegm, difficulty breathing or other chronic lung conditions such as these could be signs of a serious condition. Do not use with a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI. Use only on the advice of a doctor. Stop use and talk to your doctor if: you develop allergic wheezing or itching, your symptoms last for more than 5 days, fever lasts more than 3 days or sore throat pain lasts more than 2 days. Very rarely, serious skin reactions with acetaminophen have been reported. Symptoms may include skin reddening, blisters, rash. If a skin reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away. Stop use and talk to a doctor if nervousness, dizziness, sleeplessness or new symptoms occurs or symptoms worsen or are accompanied by a high fever, persistent headache or you develop wheezing, rash or itching, or the product of thick yellow/green phlegm. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.Â

Active Ingredients: Each 15mL or 1 tablespoonful contains:Â
Cough Suppressant: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 15mg (Controls dry cough).
Decongestant: Pseudophedrine Hydrochloride 30mg (Relieves stuffy nose and nasal congestion).
Expectorant: Guaifenesin 100mg. (Relieves chest congestion).
Analgesic:Â Acetaminophen 500mg (Relieves pain, fever, headache, and sore throat pain).
Antihistamine: Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg (Relieves runny nose and sneezing).
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Alcohol, citric acid, D&C red no. 33, flavour, glycerin, menthol, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, sodium benzoate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium citrate, sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin, sorbitol, water.
