Directions
Pour 10 ml of mouthwash into a cup. Rinse thoroughly for 30 seconds, swilling it around your mouth and teeth.
Use twice daily for optimal results.

Has the same chemical for gum health as the more expensive Corsodyl and seems to work just as well but at about half the price.
