Glucosamine sulphate Glucosamine sulphate is derived from shellfish. It helps to form cartilage. It may also protect joint tissue by preventing the breakdown of cartilage. Glucosamine sulphate has the potential to decrease joint stiffness and increase joint mobility and fluidity.
Chondroitin Sulphate Chondroitin Sulphate helps to draw fluid into your cartilage. It can also protect existing cartilage from premature degeneration.
