Description
Indications:Â Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth and in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Helps to support immune function.
Dosage: Adults: 1-3 caplets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by a physician.

Elemental Calcium (carbonate, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) – 333mg
Elemental Magnesium (oxide, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) – 166.66mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – 5mcg (200IU)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients (in descending order):Â Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose, coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerin), magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silica.
Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. Some people may experience diarrhea.
