I have used Intimae’s Relieve boric acid which led me to Nourish. It’s so cool to find Shatavari in a blend like this. Not many people know how amazing it is for womens health. Love love the product so far. Adaptogens are amazing for energy and i already feel like it’s working.

The label in the picture and the title of the product advertises this as “sexual health, pms, hormones, energy, sleep” among other things. The actual bottle I received says “sexual healthy and libido”. I’ve been using for about 3 weeks and I can’t say I’ve noticed any libido changes or hormonal balances. I suppose my time of the month felt much less this time around. I have had some good sleep since taking it. I have noticed I do have more energy in the days that I’ve taken it. If I’ve missed a dose, I seemed to feel much more tired. The pills are capsules that are clear and contain almost a grass like substance. They have an AWFUL aftertaste after swallowing. But it lasts just until you flush it with water. Would I pay $63 for it? Probably not. That’s more than $2 a day or $0.50 per capsule. I’m not sure I’ve seen significant enough results to warrant that price.
