Description
For fast and effective relief of headache pain (including mild to moderate migraine and tension headache), menstrual pain, dental pain, pain from inflammation associated with arthritis, muscles, bones and joints, sprains or strains, backache, pain from inflammation associated with physical or athletic overexertion, aches and pains due to the common cold, and for the reduction of fever.
Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours as needed to a maximum daily dose of 3 tablets. Should not be taken for pain for more than 5 days or for fever for more than 3 days without first talking to a doctor or dentist. Side effects are more likely to occur at higher doses.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children.
Consult your physician or pharmacist before taking this product if you have stomach ulcers, high blood pressure, asthma, kidney, heart or liver disease, alcoholism, history of stomach bleeding, any other serious condition, are pregnant or nursing, over 65 years of age or if you are taking any other drug, including anticoagulants or cortocosteroids. They may recommend an alternative analgesic such as acetaminophen. Do not exceed the recommended dose except as directed by a doctor or dentist.
Warning: Do not take this product if taking daily low-dose acetylsalicylic acid (ASA 81-325mg), without talking to a doctor or pharmacist. Do not use with ASA, other ibuprofen or other pain relief drugs, or if allergic to ibuprofen or ASA or anti-inflammatory drugs.Â
Medicinal Ingredient: Ibuprofen 400mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Carnauba wax, colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, FD&C yellow no. 6, hypromellose, iron oxide black, polydextrose, polyethylene glycol, pregelatinized corn starch, propylene glycol, sodium cyclamate, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, titanium dioxide.
