Sizing:

Model 0 (Recommended sizing if you are new to the world of periods and 18 years of age and younger) 

Model 1 (Recommended sizing if you are between 19 and 30 and have a medium menstrual flow)

Model 2 (Recommended sizing if you are over the age of 30 and/or have a heavier menstrual flow)
