Fast relief of:Â Wet Cough, Mucus & Phlegm
Indications:Â Fast-acting relief for up to 6 hours from cold and flu symptoms such as coughs, chest congestion, and nasal and sinus congestion. Works in your lungs to loosen and thin out mucus and phlegm, and has an expectorant to clear it from your chest.
Directions: To be taken every 4-6 hours.. Adults & Children over 12 years old: 2 to 3 teaspoons (10 to 15mL). Do not exceed 6 doses daily. If preferred, mix with equal parts honey.
Caution: Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Consult a doctor if underlying condition requires continued use for more than 7 days, if cough worsens or is accompanied by a high fever, or the production of thick yellow/green phlegm. Individuals with any medical condition, the elderly, pregnant women and nursing mothers, or persons on other medication should consult a doctor prior to use.
In the case of accidental overdose, contact a doctor or Poison Control Centre immediately, even if there are no symptoms.

Active Ingredients:Â Each teaspoonful (5ml) contains:Â guaifenesin 100mg, menthol 10mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Â Acesulfame K, ammonium carbonate, butylparaben, camphor, Canada balsam, glycerin, pine needle oil, propylene glycol, propylparaben, tincture of capsicum, viscarin, water.
