What is BetterYou Boost B12 Daily Oral Spray?
BetterYou Boost B12 Daily Oral Spray is a stimulant-free, bio-available form of vitamin B12 specially formulated to provide fast nutrient uptake. Vitamin B12 can be difficult to absorb in the gut and supplementation is recommended for those following plant-based diets or sufferers of pernicious anaemia (a deficiency in the production of red blood cells through a lack of vitamin B12).Â

What is the recommended dosage?
Before taking BetterYou Boost B12 Daily Oral Spray for the first time, press the pump three times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use and carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. The recommended dosage is 4 sprays each day, taken at any time of the day with or without food or drink.Â

What are the symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency?
Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that helps to keep your body’s blood and nerve cells healthy and helps to make DNA. Low levels of vitamin B12 can cause anaemia, where you have fewer red blood cells than normal or you have an abnormally low amount of haemoglobin in each blood cell. General symptoms of anaemia include:Â
Extreme tiredness
Lack of energy
Breathlessness
Feeling faint
Headaches
Pale skin
Heart palpitations
TinnitusÂ
Loss of appetiteÂ
Specific symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia can also include a pale yellow tinge to your skin, a sore and red tongue (glossitis), mouth ulcers, pins and needles, changes in the way you walk and move around, disturbed vision, irritability, depression, changes in the way you think and behave, and a decline in mental abilities such as memory, understanding and judgement.Â

When should this product not be used?
BetterYou Boost B12 Daily Oral Spray is suitable for adults, children aged 12 years and above, vegetarians, vegans and people following a gluten free diet. Do not take this supplement if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. For children under the age of 12, halve the recommended dosage.Â

Storage information
Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging. Do not throw away any medicines or supplements via wastewater or household waste.
